How we know it is original
Every unit is checked against a written list before dispatch: laser-etched text, weight, pin finish, cable jacket and a live charge test. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will send a video of your actual unit.
Delivery and cash on delivery
2 to 3 working days for Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, three to five elsewhere. Delivery is Rs.200 and free above Rs.3,000. Open the parcel and check the product before you pay the courier.
Warranty & Replacement
If it arrives faulty, tell us within seven days and we replace it. With the twelve month cover option, a unit that fails on its own is replaced free for a full year. Physical damage and burning are not covered.
New and pre-loved
Pre-loved means box-pulled: the unit came from a genuine Apple retail box sold separately. It is original either way, and the badge on the photograph tells you which one this is.

Copy sold as original
- Text on the housingPrinted white ink, fuzzy edges, scratches off with a fingernail.
- WeightNoticeably light, usually under 40g. Feels hollow.
- PinsDull or over-shiny chrome, visible mould lines, slightly uneven.
- Cable jacketA faint seam runs the length of it, and it yellows within weeks.
- Charging behaviourStarts fast then drops, or never shows fast charge at all.
