2. Products With Warranty (1-Year Warranty Products)

Warranty claims are accepted for up to 1 year from the purchase date.

Warranty is valid only if the product is NOT burned, physically broken, tampered, or water damaged.

Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

In case the product price has increased during the warranty period, the customer must pay the difference amount at the time of claim.
3. Products With 6-Month Warranty

If a 6-month warranty product is burned or broken, the customer can still claim a replacement at 50% of the current product price.

If the issue is not caused by burning or physical damage, standard warranty terms apply.
4. Replacement Procedure & Requirements
To process any replacement (for non-warranty or warranty items), the customer must provide:

Clear photos of the product

For warranty claims, the physical product must be returned for inspection

Replacement approval is subject to verification by our technical team
- For replacements, the customer will bear the shipping charges for sending the product back to us. The delivery charges for sending the replacement item to the customer will be covered by us.
5. Pre-Loved (Used) Apple Products

Pre-loved products are checked and verified before shipping.

Warranty terms differ from product to product and will be mentioned on the product page.

Replacement is only allowed if the item arrives faulty.
5. We offer refunds ONLY in the following case:
- If the customer proves with solid evidence that the product received from us is not original or not authentic.
- No other reason qualifies for a monetary refund.
- In all other cases, replacement will be provided as per warranty/claim rules.
